I know someone who is bald and not muscular. He doesn't earn money yet, because he's been working on a new business idea for a few years with extreme passion. He has mental health problems. But because he is working on his passion, being honest, caring, confident, and driven, he has a girlfriend (soon to be wife) who has been with him for years and loves him madly.

Women aren't quite as shallow as male porn addicts when it comes to attraction!

  3. It's freeing, isn't it?

Totally the best on a hot day.

But you need a hat when under the sun.
Or when outside on a bitterly cold day!

I'm balding, I've shaved myself bald a few years ago just to see if I have the head for it, I look good but I still want my hair.

Currently on a regimen of rosemary oil everyday + dermaroller 1.0mm once a week, will increase to 2x week as I see fit.

  5. I'm starting to feel a sort of depression - I had to shave it off so that I can face reality strong enough like a soldier...

  6. The rosemary takes me by surprise — it seems that there is some (not a lot) of evidence that it might help a bit.

I can't find evidence of a dermaroller being of any help.

Let us know if it helps, though it's probably 20 years too late for me!

For me the personal stories of people using the dermaroller is enough to convince me that it works.

Also the rosemary already works, I have a thick strand of hair where my hairline used to begin after one month on it.

That was the rosemary alone, but I wanted things to go faster so I added the dermaroller, I haven't done it long enough to really say anything about it.

I'm determined to bring back my hair naturally so I won't resort to Finansteride or Minoxidil even though I know it'll shorten the time for regrowth significantly.

The big 3 are fin, min and microneedling, it's well known to give great results depending on when you start, the earlier the better of course, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

However even if you're slick bald it's proven your hair follicles are still there under your scalp but merely dormant, it's never too late.

I haven't read this whole thread, but have you guys checked out Bald Cafe on youtube?

That channel provides a lot of examples of guys facing the issue and shaving it all off, and they generally look a lot better for it.

I had a beard for 2 years, buzzed it away one morning and took me a good week to get used to looking how I did. I'm guessing buzzing the top is similar. There's an initial 'wtf' moment, then a week later you're used to it.

Pros and cons for both, but mine is thinning up top too, and if it continues I'll be going this route for sure!
