Day 22 - I'm becoming afraid of failing my streak since this has been the longest I've gone in a while. Sometimes it becomes a self-fulfilling prophecy and I self-sabotage myself. Instead I just need to stick with what works for me and do those things daily while also celebrating how far I've come. If I fail in the future, that's another opportunity to learn from a mistake, make a change, realize there's no need for guilt/shame, and keep moving forward.
