Day 1/90. At work on a Sunday. Dealing with checking in employees mostly ladies makes it harder to stay focus on this journey. Nasty thoughts run through my mind when I see them each day which is why self control is important. Hopefully during this challenge helps me improve what I've been lacking throughout my whole life. Here's to Day 1/90 time for action on improving myself for myself.

Day 13. As soon as you think you have this NoFap thing under control, something always happens to put you in your place. I was not even looking at porn just looking at women on Instagram than suddenly get an urge to bust my nut. So much so that that was pretty much all I could think about for the next few hours. I suppose the trick is to turn adversity into my benefit by using this unbearable temptation to fap to remind myself that I want clarity and self respect even more than I want to shoot my load to an incredibly sexy woman.
