Im doing really well thanks for asking; learning everyday to aid my higher purpose.

Every time we fall, its a learning lesson to how to stay up; may It be falling 1000x times as long as we keep learning.

I think your opponent relapsed last Monday. I've put it down as a draw. Do you want to face @PegasusKid do you accept the battle?

let me share my reason of frustration
I was four when i accidentally discovered that when you shake your male organ it gets hard and the act feels good
i was very excited and when i shared it with an elder he became horrified and told me not to do it with no reason or nothing
i did not like reaction but i learnt to keep it a secret
i experimented on it,i am from a developing country and from a rural place . internet was not there still then, so i had no porn but i had some actresses doing bold scenes in tv ,shacking alongside watching them felt really awesome
    i kept doing it
    the addiction grew larger
i started watching the breasts of the ladies bathing near my house and get hard
when i was 10 someone taught me what to do with your male organ
i was so excited that i tried to do it with animals
one day someone saw me and she was absolutely horrified
an old lady a grandmother of mine
i told her a hell lot of lies to prove my innocence but her expression was telling me something is wrong
thank god. she did not tell it anybody otherwise you can imagine
but in the course i was thorough with my studies especially science which interests me the most.
i was introduced to porn when i was 14 tried emulating it with a cousin
    we did wierd things.
my dad realised what is going on and asked me one day directly if i was masturbating!!
i went under a trauma to hear that, but i refused somehow, the topic ended there
then i used to watch hardcore porn everyday and masturbate two times everyday.
time went on,i realised i have developed ed or erectile dysfunction
and in my school final exam i stood 11 th in my state.they used to give prises and staffs to the people who are in top 10 .a girl of my school stood 5 th who was a mile before me in evry single exam happened before
i was broken but i could not change it
i failed for a small mergin in the highly competitive exams of my country
    i was broken again
this time i resolved to change
i wake up from the long sleep.stop talking with the cousin

watched some motivational and interesting movies like rudy lotr, read bramhacharya, geeta , eat that frog watched some motivational speeches of kobe bryant and watched an anime called naruto
i joined NoFap to get rid of it
still i cant resist my temptations
whenever i see any sexy image i go straight,,,,one click,,,,,,porn........
i have got two small stricks till now
    this is the third.
i resolve to continue it till the veery end. thats why i consider a relapse a faliure, a loss. i get frustrated when i loose the control
i am haunted by my wierd past.
thats why i am the sufferer. the name reminds of my suffering and my learning from the lost battles.forgive me for my gramatical errors and also for the capital letters

  14. thanks for opening up, don't think you're a weird guy, even if you've done weird things in the past. remember you are a man and you have to be a leader, not just through what you say but being mindful of your actions. That's what I remind myself always.

Ended up relapsing last night but made it at least two days, so that's a good sign I'm getting out of binge territory. How's everything on your end @bellator de Christi?

  17. So far I’m doing good. The chaser effect is completely gone for me. This should be a good fight.

I love your attitude! That's the spirit. I want to see you at that 1st place spot someday. For now do you want to accept a duel with @Scrubbing Bubbles.

  20. Opening up and bringing things like this to light is a good step in the right direction. It helps a lot in the healing process. I’m personally starting to do the same, but with someone in person instead of on this site.

I think if it’s an ingrained thing from deep in your childhood you must look for outside help in order to be free. That’s what I think, and that’s what I’m putting into practice.

I came to the conclusion that I can’t do this alone. Big hit to my ego, I wanted to prove to myself that I was strong enough to do this alone, that overcoming this battle would help me grow as a person. But I’ve come to realize that what I need to happen in order to grow, is to let go. Let go of my pride and to be humble. That’s what I need to do in order to grow as a person.

Accept that this is too much for me to handle, and that I need help. This doesn’t mean stop fighting though. I will not stop fighting, even if that means I take this fight to my grave. I hope you all do the same. Never stop fighting.

For some though, I think reaching out for help is the next step in this, if you are broken and if this problem runs deep. Some are fortunate enough that they don’t need outside help because their wounds are shallow and are easy to deal with and heal on their own. That’s not the case for me.

This turned out to be way longer of a response than I thought it would. @the sufferer, you’re taking a step in the right direction, never stop fighting.
