I'm still waiting and I'm on day 118. And I trust I'm doing this NoFap thing right.

 

Thank you. I'm trying to practice patience and long-suffering with this NoFap thing. And to answer your question, no I haven't tried sex. I'm a virgin and that won't change soon.
I just don't know when I'll have normal erections again.
I'm not in a relationship, don't have a social life and have a handful of pictures of beautiful women (clothed of course) on my phone just to admire the beauty of women now and then. Is that problematic for my progress?
Who knows. Maybe I'm not on day 118 and I'm just fooling myself.
PMO is the worst addiction I have ever fallen for and its probably the biggest mistake I've made in my life.

you arent fooling yourself. Youve made it this far. Am in your shoes as well. Virgin and not in a relationship. But i suggest you should engage ya self socially with girls. So far you doing your NoFap right, and you engage socially with girls, trust me, you will get those erections.
What am sure of if you ever engage in sex, it might be a below par performance cos of your inexperience and the extra sensitivity gained from not O in a long time.
but and time goes, and engage in healthy sexual relationships, you will be sexually healthy once more. That i can assure you

 

70ish days and now gone again. Huge relief when they came back even if it was only for a couple days. Been addicted for close to 20 years and escalation is what finally freaked me out enough to get on this streak.
