    It was a beautiful day, with beautiful people. I Never thought that this earth is so much beautiful.
    Physical reminders really works.. I had some urges today but then i looked at the Hand band, then i told myself that you can't give up this easily.
    My ancestors will be ashamed, i'm the product of 1000 years of revolution & wasting this potential for nothing, i'll be disgrace to my next generation. I want to pass on my ancestors gene to the next gen.

    Basically i had a lil ted talk with myself. I don't want to give up now, my highest streak was 45 days but now its time to break some Records.
    Time to face the real world. ❤️

    I see a lot of people are approaching the 90 days milestone.

    "L-Theanine" interesting, i'll search that. I too heard about the beneficials of magnesium (never tried it).
    My diet is a mess, especially the timing. Sometimes i eat one big meal a day and small ones in between. I love red meat, i eat it a lot. But, yeah I have a lot of things to learn about nutrition.

    Everything is under control, i overworked, but i'm feeling okay.

    Day 28 - Been reading a lot of the SA White Book and Soaring Eagle's Rebooting as the Best Remedy. It's really helping me to re-frame addiction as less of getting rid of symptoms but more so targeting the causes that precipitate these symptoms. PMO is just a symptom. Creating a fulfilling, engaging, and full life is the cure. Gotta keep on praying/meditating, reading, writing, connecting, lifting, exercising, communicating, working, and finding hobbies I like. These things are not done to prove anything to anyone but done because I want to and chose to.

    Day 1. I've started this countless times and the best I did was I think 46 days. I'm counting date or sex sites as part. I need to remember it one day at a time.
