Nearly to Christmas challenge crew! Big respect for anyone whose made it this far, and who is set on continuing into the new year. I am feeling some side effects such as irritability from withdrawal, but I know from the past these do fade away. After a month of zero / minimal PMO, things do start to change for the better

 

My goal for 2022 is to continue what I’m doing.

I've failed for a lot of this month but I'm starting again from today. I have to keep trying.

Definitely starting to get some sensations but hoping to make it now that the end is in sight. Really want my next orgasm to be with a female partner, not by my own doing!

I have to say that urges are creeping in now. Sensations below that I'm trying to resist. A month in mid-Winter is a tough challenge for sure!
