Day 1. Tough day today, but excited to be feeling better soon.

 

Another day. Got home this evening did some calisthenics ,took a cold shower ,played a little online chess, paid a bill and read. I didn't really have a lustful urge until I decided to check in here. I plan to make it thru the rest of the night pmo free. Today!!!!!

I relapsed after 2 days of abstaining.... Im starting again from 0 /90

 

I'm new here. Started yesterday. So welcome to Day 1 of 90.
The biggest challenge I currently have is that I still have all the pictures and scenes in my head and it's a constant battle to think of something else.

Congrats. I think horny is not the problem, is it? I hope I will never be completely un-horny. Sexuality and the urge for it is natural. It's how we channel it. At least that's my philosophy.

 

Obviously you are right but i fought i will not think about porn after 90 days but still i do. how do i join the 180 days challenge?

 

Try to avoid watching porn at all, it will be easier for you
