Day 6 complete, I think! The holidays have not been kind to me in terms of time spent on NoFap. But that's why I have the counter, right?

@Slider8 I've also had a little trouble controlling my appetite, wanting to eat large meals and that sort of thing. However, I've been very diligent about sticking to my schedule of running every other day, usually about eight miles, so I don't feel too bad about it. My prayer life has also settled into a routine. Sometimes I struggle so much with thinking that God won't help me, or demanding that He do so, without actually listening to Him or letting Him take control. Growing in humility and recognizing our need for healing are critical to receiving that healing.

No phishing, friends family. My legs were very cold for a long time and they took few hours to get warm I hope I will not get sick.

 

Back to square one. Peeking again, going to tighten my filters.

My Plan/s) are the following 7step guide besides some other stuff like meditation and a strict morning routine and wake up time (what I already do regularly) - but new will be the following:


7 steps to START BETTER LIFE (quit porn):

1. Find the root cause emotions
(sad, depressed, feeling alone, not feeling loved)
2. Its not quitting porn its beginning a better life ...so I write down every day(morning) how and what will feel and be better then (when I finally quit porn) and picture myself while I WRITE DOWN MY NEW IDENTITY !!!!!!!!!!!
3. Knowing what porn rly does (write down all negative side effects) - start my own data collection.
4. Trap my triggers (which emotions, which thoughts?)
what to do when the feelings arise?^^
Triggers [down,tired,depressed, after playing skyrim]
---> how to change or eliminate this triggers?
5. Create an action plan for low emotion phases
Plan A1: 5min meditate,go out for a walk, take a shower,call a friend
6. Get plenty of healthy dopamine (research what can give me good dopamine)
BOOST MY DOPAMINE LEVEL without porn [NEVER USE PORN AS A REWARD!]
7. SHARE your plans WITH OTHERS (brother,forum,app)
have an accountability partner (maybe some of you want to become mine??=)

Day 18! Got allowed back on the "white horse" and will start to explore again. Anyone of you know of an old pagan prophecy regarding a golden room, or a golden space? I heard it once on youtube but did not put much thought into it at first, thinking it will be easier to find, but now, it seems that I might not find it on my own again.
