    Hey guys

    new here but not new to trying to stop...this has been a lifetime of attempts...

    this can be traced all the way back to when I was a child...and has made my life totally unmanageable...time to take my life back

    Congrats on pushing past 3 weeks. A month is only a few days away. Then just a bit more here and there and you'll be knocking on 90 days.

    Your in the right zone. Im on my day 2. Visiting nofap & give support to each other here really make a different. I even havent checking Facebook since day 1. Guest i can kill fb addiction too haha
