it's a difficult route, even those who have rebooted may not have truly learned how to properly quit. It takes reflection, deep reasoning, isolation, and the bearing of the pangs of exercising your will and smothering the voice inside of you that reaches for the lesser good. It changes you body on hormonal level, less testosterone and more fat. When you satisfying your genitals also next what you want to fill your belly and satisfy your tongue and after all of it you want to snore like a hog. It’s completely degrade you on mental, psychical, emotional and spiritual level.
Also you will feel no strength, you will sleep more and you will be lazy, without any goal and motivation.

 

Always nice to hear success stories. It makes me strong and gives more hope. Even before I was reading that peoples free from this pornography and masturbation for 30,60,100+ days. For me it was like unbelievable, because for myself I even cannot tolerate this urge for 2-3 days. But times goes and I can see, read nice successful stories and it gives so much confidence that someone can be successful and I made 120 days free from porno and masturbation.
