OK, I failed. New year, new try. Muggle day 1.

It is good to notice such things Bro!
I would also recommend you this one:
Take asap like 20 minutes of your time, you can set alarm-in this time you will not do anything/not be disturbed.

Just sit there like you would plan to meditate-but even just sitting and being bored is ok. Make for those 20mins commitment-the only thing you will think of is about your recent relapse, what led to that and ways to avoid it (or even how to get ideas how to avoid it-if you stuck).

That way your mind will not want to be quiet (normal thing) but it will redirect huge chunk of your brain power to solve that riddle-important thing is not to do anything until time passes.
After those 20mins you should have something thought through and you should even feel need to do research (recommending wikihow), put some precautions which you thought are best etc.
It will be game changer give it a try Bro!

I’m back boys. Ready for A fresh new start - with A fresh new year. Haven’t checked in since my last post. Been with the girlfriend and her family for christmas/newyears. Already got A streak built up!

Whats awaiting me now is 7 days quarantine and possible a chaser effect these next couple days.

DAY 10 - Year one student Hufflepuff!

 

It's quite confusing and difficult to count days in this thread separately from my present counter, so I've decided to start anew from my Day 100. That is, my Day 100 will be Muggle Day 0 in here. That way, I can keep it simple and dont have to count my days manually.
