What was the reason you relapsed? Is it at a specific time you relapse?

When I got back from work that's when temptation hits me really hard actually when I'm tired and dizzy.I wanna live my life without porn and masturbation or even video games I don't want anything like this screw up my life.the bad thing is that our my minds loves dopamine and the more you give your brain a piece of candy the more revenge it will take when you stop

    Hey buddy!

I think I know what your problem is and why you are relapsing : you lack determination and confidence in yourself.

"Well it's too hard for me to control my illogical urges to masturbate"
By saying this, you are conditionning yourself. I agree with you; the more often you will say this and if it is really what you think, then yes, it will be too hard for you to resist the urges

"I guess I have to try again and try harder now"
No, I disagree. Don't tell us that you will TRY, tell us that you will DO. There is a huge difference between people who believe that they are TRYING to stop PMO and people who believe that they're simply QUITTING PMO. It's all in your minding. If you keep saying you are trying to stop, well you will keep on trying to stop, but that's where you'll stay at. As soon as you TRULY believe that you will quit forever, then there won't be any more relapse. I promise you.

Doubt is our worst enemy. Don't hold any of this shit if you decide to quit PMO. Relapsing is ALWAYS because you weren't determined enough and because you held too much doubts about yourself. A person who truly believes that he/she will never PMO again = he/she won't ever PMO again. I can assure you.

What should you do if you don't truly believe in the fact that you will never consume PMO again? Act like you do believe it and eventually, your mind will believe it and you will heal! :) I experienced what you're going through. I mastered my mind and now I'm healing.

Change your words and your thoughts buddy! Do it and you'll never relapse anymore.
