I'm 2 weeks in and I feel worse than I did when I was masturbating! Great. I feel so tired and lothalgic... And I have to commentate on a football match tomorrow which if it goes well could lead me to bigger things... And I'm feeling all low and depressed , fucking great

Don't be a fool. Your body is having standard withdrawal symptoms. Suffer today and Enjoy tomorrow. If you quit now you're just being weak. DRink a shitton of coffee tomorrow...

It's withdraw symptoms. Celebrate it. Depression, headaches, dizzyness, mood swings, anxiety and sleep problems can last from two to eight weeks depending on your addiction level. I was floating between six and seven (seven being the worst .....yay). If I can do it anyone can.

C'mon dude, find your balls! Seriously, this is no small task but it is doable. Overcoming any addition will make you feel shitty - that's the point. Come on, pull with the team!

It took me a long time and I can't say the withdrawal symptoms have gone completely ...but it did get better.

When I read your words --it sounds like your addiction is tricking you into believing that you are better off hanging on to it rather than kicking it.

Just a withdrawal bro, that happens when you have a relapse sometimes. Just keep pushing through man, you'll feel better soon. Good luck in your football match!

Exactly! 7 weeks of that! I don't think I can deal with that! It's bad enough now

I think you should have a look at the success stories section. You need a reaffirmation and motivation on why you're doing this.

Don't deal with seven weeks of that. Known that it does exist and don't be suprised if it lasts that long but don't deal with seven weeks of it. Deal with one day. Put your head down, focus on now and getting through it now. Before long you start feeling better then one day you look at your counter and it says fourty days (I'm on 38 myself) and the struggle seems not so bad and well worth it.

You can quit trying to reboot

    Or you can quit relapsing

    A choice of quits there.

Personally am sick of relapsing - i want to do something different and not relapse.

Think positively and dont think about it. Am on day 9 and had the following benefits

Glow in eyes and look better
    getting more female attention
lack of indigestion (too much M has messed up my stomach)
more energetic - days where am sleep deprived i can get through with ease
    more strength in gym
