    Thank you :)
    Thank you too @Bijuu107 :)
In case you are interesting, I'm using a safe browser called "SPIN", available for mobiles, unfortunately, there is no desktop version.
My plan is to set a password for chrome and other default browsers. Like that, I will be safe, at least while using my phone.

Do not beat up yourself, this is the worst thing you can do after a relapse.
Forgive yourself and move on, we all make mistakes, this is a fact. I believe that handling our emotions in a healthy way is the way out of all addictions.

    Day 7,
    :)
I congratulate myself for completing one week :)
I have been super busy, I thought about PMO once.
yesterday I felt angry because I stayed awake for so long, I'm struggling with time management, especially finding that balance between work, rest, food,...
But it is fine. I accept my actual situation, and I'll work harder to fix things gradually.
The good news are I feel much more mental clarity and confidence :)
    Whooohooo!

Also, I'll be sharing my latest drawing here, with you all ;)

After over 20 years of no weed I smoked a joint a few months ago. I've been trying to quit since but at times weaken and give in to the urge. After about 3 weeks free of it I smoked on Wednesday and then pmo d'. So I almost have 3 days again now . I attended a marijuana anonymous mtg and will continue to do so. One addiction usually leads to another- for me. So today pot and pmo free.
