    Day 42

    I have had a lot of urges lately, mainly because all of the free time I have had after work ended. I returned to my apartment today morning. I realized/ remembered that urges will not go away by relapsing. If anything they will probably get worse.

    I am sorry to inform you guys that I have just relapsed. I could go on what caused it etc but all of them are excuses and even I do not accept them as valid. I will get back on track if God so allows and continue with this challenge behind you all. I have to be more aware and stronger in the future.
