31 days and my observations

I began nofap Aug.12th and read many of the posts on the site. I don´t want to offer advice because we are all different beings. What works for one may not work for another. That being said, the main thing I notice in myself is an increase in my self esteem, this is confidence, in my world. I no longer have that annoying little feeling of apologizing my way through life. I am speaking louder and clearer. I am saying what I mean, not double thinking before I speak. And, I think I´m only speaking the truth.
I told a woman that her eyes were stunning the other day. She loved it, I couldn´t believe it, it just came out of me. I´m super fine with being alone for long periods of times. I feel I´m making more money! I feel like I´m being reborn. I look back at how I would have operated 30 small days ago, not a lot of time!, but I can see the improvements in my life. I want to see what 60 days, 90 days, bring.
Yes, there were times that I wanted to just lay down and do it, but I somehow found a mental trick around those periods. Right now I want to live in real time, the real world and not the pixel image world of the computer. It´s far more interesting. I´m wishing us all luck.
