    In the past 85 days I have:

    * PMO'd 5 times but not fully relapsed
    * MO'd 1 time but not fully relapsed
    * Averaging 14.2 days on strict PMO nofap
    * 25 days straight nofap streak so far!

  6. Relapsed again couple of days ago. Things are soo stuck with my whole life. Its hard enough that we live during this isolated environment with covid 19

    Here is what I think is the pattern for how things inside would be changing for some time .. it will be an oscillation of tightness and relief .. different periods .. different intensities .. once is so tight, you will see relief .. and once it is so relieved, out of nowhere you will be hit with tightness .. try to find an anchor when your mood is swinging in tightness .. try to ride the wave when things seem to be very relieved .. especially do not build up expectations based on the relief periods as if it will last forever .. Maaaaan I do it every time .. to remember this crazy process .. remember night and day .. it is not day all the time .. it is not night all the time .. of course sometimes is cloudy .. shady .. cold .. windy .. rainy .. foggy that you can not see in front of you .. snowy that you see no colours but every thing seems the same , looks the same .. if you can live in all times and make the most out of each state/season .. you will be good .. you will be "seasoned".. find your anchor .. find your stable ground .. it is not logical to expect to be 100% all the time .. but still your average would be increasing day by day .. the oscillations will be smaller and smaller (but be careful sometimes long foggy times come but after it seeing the "Sun" is not the same .. I wish we find our innermost stable part that outlive all seasons .. that part would free us

    Day 2 ( medium ) :
    Day 2 was pretty challenging, i had urges and i was on my edge to edge ( edging ) before i managed to cancel it
    It probably will slow down my progress, but so far, it's pretty manageable

    I'm already struggling with the addiction for many years and it has become part of my life to regularly consume porn and masturbate. Of course I do a little nofap-streak now and then until the relapse. My best is 23 days hard mode and some more days without porn or subs (porn substitutions)

    I'm a mess right now, not even able to make it for three days. After last relapse I decided: this must be the last one. It's not likely that I will stick to it for very long but I need to make it become true somehow or at least work my way up, so that I get to it eventually.
    I WANT TO BE PORN FREE. I'M READY TO LEAVE IT AND NEVER LOOK BACK

    But how???

    I want to take part HERE 'cause I need more accountability.

    Hey everyone, checking in. I'm feeling quiet relaxed to be honest, but from experience I know there will be challenges ahead wating to be faced. For this reason I enjoy this moment, but at the same time I'm staying alert. I'm adjusting my daily routine in order to facilitate my body during this period. So far I'm concentrating on eating good quality foods, it's been 5 weeks. I'm introducing new small challenges this week to improve my physical activity, starting by doing insignificant little things, that stimulates my brain, without shocking it. One day at a time, and only comparing myself to what I was yesterday, and if I can say that I've improved, my day it's conquered. Take it easy people and let's be gentle with ourselves, we're all learning how to live a better life.
