I'm 24 years old and have horrible erectile disfunction. Its most likely from 17 years of pornography use, the last 13 of those daily. I masturbate multiple times a day too. The last three sexual encounters I've had with different girls I have not been able to keep my penis erect. And in the situations themselves I felt detached and not horny. I know I had masturbated those days before the encounter, maybe twice.

I'm straight and I always think and fantasize about women, but I know my porn habits are making it so I can't have sex with them. I need help.

I'd like to have some device that keeps me from physically touching my penis, but I think those chastity cages would hurt future erections which is my main problem. Please help.

  2. Simple, stop watching porn and let your brain heal. Install blockers and reduce time spent on social media.

I can relate and I’m 45. It’s not any easier down the road. Start, then get back up and start again. Commit to starting no matter how many times you end up PMO. Find a SA group or similar to help with this recovery. This site isn’t always the best at connecting the dots by adding a recovery program to NoFap.

My age is 13 and I understand you your pain, big brother. I was introduced to porn at the age of 10 when i was in class 4 by some misfits. It altogether didn't alter my mind but in lockdown i started watching porn for the first time 2 years ago and 6 months ago i started masturbation. Really i was compulsive for porn but it got relaxed but i became a masturbation addict and i horribly paid the price by suffering from premature ejaculation. By God's grace rest of the things are okay.
Please help me fight this terrible condition, big brother

  5. Just do nofap90 and see where it takes you. If you are worrying about your erection, you really have to stop watching porn. Porn is the problem. Just fucking quit watching porn.

I don't know, but i'm in some sort of understanding that stopping porn is more important than quit fapping.. perhaps you should do noporn90 and just continue with fapping? And when you reach day90 of not using porn, perhaps you should start slowly to reduce masturbating?

The erectile dysfunction is definitely a result of PMO. The fact that you are able to get an erection at all with a girl after using PMO for so much each day and for so long is a miracle in itself. If you can stop or at least space out your PMO days, you will be great and healthy. Try to go every other day, and then once every three days, if stopping all at once is too hard

I appreciate you sharing about this. It is very difficult and embarrassing to admit.

I was having a similar problem as well and tried to attribute it to stress. It turned out that my relationship to sex had changed to fantasy, and even then that was not enough. I found myself having to focus intently on porn scenes I had watched previously to try and keep an erection.

Addressing this is not going to be easy. Whats helping me is daily writing, not holding anything back or being concerned about if what I put down is good or bad. I intentionally watch for:
    1. When I start to fantasize
    2. When I am checking other people out
    3. When I want to watch porn.

When I notice theses I try to come back to the present and sit with these thoughts. Accept them for what they are. That is not enough sometimes so I turn to writing. When writing about its is not enough, I have to open up to someone else, otherwise the thoughts become an obsession and at that point I've lost the power to resist. Hope this helps
