  2. Nearly at 19 months and I'd say I'm 3/4 the way there man. Most of my symptoms have vanished. I'm left with lingering minor ones and low libido and semi erections still but they're getting better. Im hoping at the two year mark I'll be healed.

  3. I don't have them aggravating headaches anymore they lasted well over a year and a few months definitely porn related.

  4. Thing is with me is that I lost my libido and started having minor symptoms in 2012, so yeah I was always going to be one of these long cases.

I feel as if I've been in a flatline since then so my case is quite unique. They're are a few who are well over two years and still recovering Saneagain and BeanBurrito to name a few.

I’ve read the posts from all three of you guys. I’m 24 years old and have been looking at porn for the past 12 years and been fapping for at least 16. I’m definitely gonna be a long case as well...

  7. Great man! Do you still have head pressures and nerves tingling sensations?

  8. The head pressure has gone, finally! It took over a year and maybe a half months on and off to go completely. I don’t know whether it will come back I hope it doesn’t. I have a tingling nerve sensation symptom in left sole of foot that was a new symptom two months ago that comes and goes it’s not painful at all feels like electricity running through the sole of foot for a second or so. Only minor symptoms now. Also to note I don’t get the twitches no more only slight spasms/flutter sensations remain. I used to twitch all the time.

It has honestly blown me away how many symptoms I had, someone sane would look at us guys and think were insane for all these symptoms and making it up but it has taught me that you can never understand or underestimate your body enough for you to experience it all.

  9. Did anyone ever experience flu like symptoms. I have the flu for about 2 and a half weeks. I took antibiotics and lots of medication. I even stopped taking medication to see if it will help. My other withdrawals include brain fog, headache, on and off insomnia, panic and anxiety attacks, no motivation, no concentration, random flashbacks, my dick is flatlining, etc. I 19 years old and 40 days into the reboot.

I had the flu-like symptoms on a previous streak. They began as soon as other withdrawals hit so I’m sure there was a correlation. When I relapsed it went away. There’s been numerous others complaining of that too.

Not really full blown flu symptoms, more like a common cold. Also some of the other symptoms you mention and many many others

  12. I have lot problems with lower back pain. Have had visited chiropractor many times. Now I know and can tell You thah dealing with back pain is to make sure to keep your body straight all the time eg. when using computer, at work, how you sleep etc. F.e. I have work which requires me to make a lot of repetitive movement and if I don't mind my back to keep it straight it cause me pain always.
What You should do to prevent is doing back exercises every day. After couple of weeks you will feel the difference. You can find exercises for every type of pain here (Im new so I cant post links yet: just search maristow chiropractic and click on exercises page)
"Gluteal Activation" is the one which helped me... but not straight away. You have to be patient.
Good luck. Let me know if you need any further advice

My back pain is more or less gone now but was not due to chronic pain, but was a direct result of PMO withdrawal symptoms. I’ve never had an issue with bad posture or anything of the sort. I’ve rarely ever had back pain throughout my entire life except from muscle strain after doing strenuous activity like weight training. On my previous streak however as soon as the withdrawals hit I experienced very tense muscles in my back as well as in my gluteus, hips and thighs and various bone and joint pain throughout my body. Pain killers did not help and neither did exercise or stretching. It let up on its own finally but lasted beyond three weeks in total at its worst... I still have remnants of it if I exert myself but it’s gone for the most part.

I had relapsed several times since then and the urinary issues would usually subside after relapsing. I have been on several more streaks and have discovered that the urinary problems were the result of allowing myself to fantasize and become far too aroused for extended periods of time without release while on a streak. If I dismiss the sexual thoughts before they consume my focus and cause a prolonged groinal response, then I don't seem to have any notable issues with urination or pelvic pressure while abstaining (though I do still find myself peeing slightly more often, which really isn't that big a deal). For me it seemed to be akin to the "blue-balls" that people complain about. My doctors never found anything physically wrong with me.
