The way to the absolute victory

Hello, brothers! My name is Stas, I am from Kyrgyzstan, 35 y.o. Thank you all for this great forum! The story is really long so I'm going to concentrate on the most important details. I started nofap in 2018. Before Jule 2020 the longest period of nofap was 5 month (I try to omit a lot of details of the severe war with this disgusting habit). And finally, I was managed to keep pure nofap until September 2021 (1 year and 2 months). This was an outstanding record! But unfortunately, since September 2021 I could not save nofap more than 40 days, then 30, then 17 and 15 days! :-( (the last relapse was yesterday).

It's extremely hard to be aware that you lost again your ability to control this urge and have become a slave of this dirty activity...
The main purpose of this topic is to demolish this nasty thing FOREVER! Thank you guys for the reading and your support!

PS: I plan regularly to keep records on this topic.

Thank you, friend! I am also strongly convinced that it's absolutely possible, primarily because this habit is not natural for the human body, therefore it can be eliminated.
As for my family, I gave God and Jesus the promise of celibacy (it means forever, until death) so I have no family, and it's really great!
I believe the therapy would be more appropriate for heavily addicted "fapers".

 

Thank you, friend! I really appreciate your opinion! The phrase "unconfessed is the unhealed" has a deep meaning, but unlike your perspective to solve the problem, I have a little bit different way. I strongly rely on God's help and His mercy, and it's not about religious rites and other people's arrangements. It's about a close relationship with the living God and confessing to Him all sins (including the fap addiction). Based on this position, the necessity to engage another outside person loses any meaning.
