The Jedi Temple (open)

Day 5 my libido has plummeted. My goals are just to not look at porn because the sexual tension from PMO was actually causing me serious mental health problems. But without porn my sex drive isn't crazy 90 percent of the time I don't even want to do anything. The best thing I like so far is I remember something in porn that would normally drive me nuts. Nowadays I'm like ok that happened oh yeah what was I doing again fuck you porn thoughts you can go to hell you can go to hell and die!

 

It's the weirdest thing since I've quit porn I'm aggressively not horny. Plus like I said stuffs popping into my head and I don't care. The trauma of the stuff isn't effecting me as much. I'm even eating less my blood sugars getting low cause I'm just not hungry. My doctor even had to lower my blood sugar pills.

 

Spoke to soon. T_T Day 0. Like same thing with pmo on the fifth day just nothing was satisfying enough and stuff just built up. But five days is a improvement.

 

Day 3 check in. Half way to Padawan.
