My previous longest streak was 7 days without MO.. I recently got that to 11 days until I just relapsed! I tried my hardest to not relapse today but like the idiot I am I gave into the temptation thinking "It's only 11 days, relapsing now won't be the worst thing in the world. It will be 1 time and you can start your streak over" I pray that the last part is true though. I hope I don't keep relapsing. I hope that this was just a one time thing. Not that that's ok or anything.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Be weary of the chaser effect and just keep getting back up. You'll get there.

Stay the course, man. Be of strong will, and don't be saddened. What's done is done.
Be positive, and you will stay positive. Negativity only begets negativity.

Think about it for a minute, you are not where you are when you first started, I relapsed after my longest streak of only 7 days. But if I have never attempted nofap I'd masturbate probably 70 times in those 7 days, I know that I am not where I was when I first started, and neither are you. Just keep going and day by day it'll add up and before you know it you're not interested in it ever again. Stay strong.

  5. It's ok. I had a 31 day streak, and I was an idiot by having my computer next to me while studying (even though I didn't need it) and relapsed. I never really got it back until now, like a year later. The best way to recover is to take it day by day, don't be wishing you were at 11 days, because you need to focus on getting to day 1 first, then 2, etc. etc.

Right now I'm at day 20 and every time I think of beating my 31 day record and getting to 90, I have to shut myself down because that makes it sound inevitable, even though it isn't, so try and do the same when you start thinking of getting to 11. Best of luck!

The good thing is that I only relapsed 1 time yesterday. I didn't relapse multiple times which is good. Hopefully I don't relapse today

Each time that you relapse what are you doing? What happens before you give in? Please remember you are not alone and that we have all been there before.
