    I've been controlling my urges to Fap from 1st day of January so far everything is going good but sometimes while sleeping at night i get Porn dreams and then a Nightfall or Wet dreams.i just wanted to know if it's okay to have night falls while doing NoFap after all We can't control our dreams though.
    Any tips and suggestions will be greatly appreciated
    PS. sorry for bad English it's not my tongue

    Yes it’s ok, it’s unintentional and it is additionally a way for the body to keep from damaging itself.
