Does this count as to reset my day counter?

Do I still have to reset my day counter if I masturbated without Porn one time? I have been away from P and M the last 14 days ago.

Yes, your goal is no P and no M according to your counter. You fell of the M wagon, even without P. It would be even more clear if you articulated why you are striving for no P or M in the first place. What are the reasons? Does M fit with that plan? Would you be content to just M anytime? if not, isn't this really a reset?

I was planning to strive with no P and M in the first place. I M without P one night, because I was having difficulties trying to fall asleep since I have to wake up early in the morning.

Yes, understandable reason for relapse, but it's still a reset. If the O was spontaneous and mostly handsfree from a straining erection, you might get one free pass for the streak. If you continued to M till O, however, you did reset. Would you really want to not reset, always knowing the hypocrisy? Wet dreams are never a reset; they are in fact beneficial to rewiring, healing, and natural male biological functioning, however erotic the dream is. Yet, one should not focus on prompting wet dreams either, as if you're programming a lucid dream show each night in your brain. This is deluded, addictive behavior, too. Unplanned and unplotted wet dreams are never damaging, although one might need to calm down the arousal upon awakening, which could lead to MO behavior still. Like most dreams, they start to fade, and the bodily reaction starts to subside on its own.

With insomnia due to arousal, sometimes a cold compress (or ice pack) at night atop the testicular region can soothe the discomfort and even turn off erotic thoughts for a bit (mind and body are so connected here), and if not totally, enough to find a little comfort to fall asleep. A medical bag that one fills with ice works well and seals in the melting ice. Apply no more than 10-min intervals with a cloth barrier (like night clothes) between ice pack and skin. Repeat as needed. If one does not live alone or sleep alone and embarrassed to explain the ice pack, you can always say you knee feels sore or some such. Ha!
