    My longest streak is 114 days pmo free.I usually watch porn pics.My genre in porn is milf porn.Recently I have been 31 days pmo free and again i see porn pics.Now 13 days only I was pmo free today I just watch P pictures.I don't masturbate to it.Can anyone give me some advice to stay pmo free.I have control that I don't masturbate to porn pics.I don't know why that I don't feel guilty watching porn pics.

    You are relapsing to porn. So, you need to replace it with something else. Music, art, exercise - whatever you like to do.

    Well, i just have to say that I was doing that for 6 o 7 days (watching pics but not even touching myself) but... I relapsed few days ago. So, I would try to not watch any related porn. And about what you can do, same as you do with porn videos, stop watching it and cut that habit

    Are you using an internet filter on your phone or computer?
    Do you know what’s triggering you to look at porn pics?

    I am not using internet filter in my phone and computer.
    My trigger is that I look at pornstars Instagram pics by typing the name of the pornstar.

    OK, this is what you have got to stop.
    Find a hobby or an interest and when these urges to click on these things occurs, go to your hobby or interest instead.

    No PMO means, no porn (of any kind), no maturbation, and no orgasm. If you want to get the most out of nofap. This is the rule to follow. easier said than done though.
