Pls help me bro i am misersble bcz of pmo damage done to me . I am 2 yr clean hardmode . My brain is still sensitive to sexual triggers due to this addiction .my brain get panicked and anxciois whn i get any sexual thoughts and look at any women. Pls help me . Will it be ok . Is this the only moment u get panic and anxiety - when u look at woman and get sexual thoughts? If yes, u must face that. Get a girl, be with her. Face your fears.

If u get panic and anxiety in other non sexual situations, that the treatment should be different.

2 years are a long time and your issue is not standard. Its almost impossible to give a good advice with so little info.

Maybe describe such situation in more detail..what is the trigger? Woman or your thoughts?

I get problem in brain whenever i have any sexual thought even for a sec , if i check out a women , even look at their face for a sec . So my brain gets sick like panicked , anxiety to talk to anyone , i cant tAlk to anyone , dizzy heavy head, confused , forgt things , feel like a zombie, cNt talk to people in normal way . Its get ok after sometime like 15-20 mins . Even if i picture face of anywomen in my mind my brain gets sick. Its not like any fear from someome that i have to face , what i think tht the addicted brain gets its dopamine from these thoughts and whn it does so brain gets sick . May be it will take more time untill its gets ok after the full recovery .what you think about this . Also i dont feel happy , motivated to do Anything like i was before . I understand that we are not having natural release of happy chemicals due to messup of our brain circuit. Do you think our brain will start releasing happy chemicals again so we can feel good and happy all day

 

Bro let me tell you my secret , its something which is very common , we hear about it here and there amd try to neglect it or think about it as ajooe but this think really work . Me practicingbit from two days makes me come to peace .
