[90-CHALLENGE] THE NINETY DAYS CHALLENGE !

Day 4. Been hell thinking about my gf and I breaking up. I’m sure the lack of sleep doesn’t help either.

 

Day 0, relapsed after 5.5 days, sigh....., they say balls are refiled after a week approx , well lets start over again.

 

54 days! Had a really bad day today, but still going on. Best to you all!!

relapse yesterday afternoon. I was becoming pretty stressed out and needed a release. I didn't even have the urge. Day 0...again

 

That is a very stressful situation. It's so much easier going through NF when you're not in a relationship.
It's so easy or me to say, too easy actually.. but if your relationship isn't working maybe you need to walk your own way and focus more on yourself instead.
When you become a better version of yourself (or the best version of yourself) she will understand that she lost you -not the other way aroud. But I don't know your life story so it's easy for me to say. But if sometihng stressful happen, like if she break up, don't look down on yourself, and never ever give up.

 

We both failed at day 38 during our last streak? Didn't we? Correct me if I'm wrong.
But you are doing really well and you have the absolute ability to make it beyond day 38 this time.
