Completed 7 years of Brahmacharya/NoFAP.

    i've a big question i have fail one time after 18 month because each time i fix a time when this time is reach its like its ok i can go now !!
    and i'm at 17-18 month but ihave no difficulty until i reach this date (just to stop watch porn, i've stopping fap maybie 12-14 year ago)
    how did you really switch your mind to live without ?
    when i've stop smoking that's pretty easy because i use my breath for meditate or for running i really need a good and deep breath, but here i'm stuck

    I have a very very high purpose which keeps me on track. The goal is not personal but overall to serve humankind in various ways. Pranayam/meditation is really good but you have to do the bandhas it helps a lot to raise the sexual energy otherwise after some time it will flow downwards. Why you are doing nofap? Write or print your goal and put it in front of you as a reminder. check my videos on moolbandh.

    Impressive work. I am curious to know: Did you have any physical symptoms or problems because of PMO, and if so: Could you tell us how and when (if) they improved? It would be very interesting to know.

    I never had any physical symptoms. I always saw these things as time and energy-consuming. In the early days, I went through a little frustration phase because I just wanted to quit but It was never a big problem for me because I was very busy with my engineering studies. I am highly competitive so I was always looking for ways to improve myself. Also, we didn't have a smartphone in my time which is one of the biggest problems currently. Then I started practicing mediation. Now over the years, I have added a lot of other yogic practices which keep me on this path.

    Thanks. Keep following this path and you will discover amazing things. Just do it for yourself. Not to attract someone, not to show off. Don't give your power to anyone else. Attachment is the root cause of all suffering. Make sure you do the BANDHAS.

    Confidence, Focus, sharpness is on another level. Compassion towards humanity is growing day by day. My body heals very fast. Memory and retaining power has been increased too. Reaction timing towards negative incidence has been decreased. ASHWINI GESTURE - the most important thing to do when sexual energy gets in the action. When we do this posture, sexual energy moves up towards CROWN CHAKRA). SEMEN energy must be channelized upwards through various breathing techniques otherwise it will go downwards for which our body is designed.
    Just remember one thing - You are fighting with the most powerful nature of the force and you require equally powerful force to combat which is the practice of MEDITATION, PRANAYAM, and BANDHAS.
    A must-do thing -
    1. Meditation
    2. Pranayam
    3. BANDHAS (The great energy lock)
    4. Yoga (ie. child pose, shoulder headstand)
    5. CHAKRA CHANTING (To balance all the chakras)
    6. Any kind of MANTRA chanting
    7. Practicing Compassion is the MUST.
    8. Eating vegetarian food helps a lot.
    9. I quit drinking a few years back. Smoking has gone with that too.

  17. This is exactly why I'm stuck where I am right now. Lost my purpose and identity or lost my purpose from myself.. It's really difficult to find right now or get back into what I'm destined to do.

    Start meditating and ask from the universe. It will take some time but remember you are trying to follow the greatest lifestyle a human being can follow on the earth. I will be making videos on higher vibration with my examples soon.

    ..just my two cents bro. Those are great things you speak about but to set things straight yoga is meditation flowing into Samadhi with the object of your meditation and the foundation of it are Yamas and Niyamas . If you miss them your mind will be troubled and easily distracted as well as such a simple thing as good quality night sleep without which you won't be able to meditate.
    ...and by the way how are you going to serve humanity if even your avatar shows some sort of stress on physicality, defensive -clothing of the arms...are you afraid of something?...and you don't even smile...
