Forgotten where I left off

    Hey guys,

    I haven't been on the website in a long time. What's worse is that I feel like I've forgotten what my goal regarding self-improvement was. Back in late 2020-early 2021 I had my sights sets on achieving certain fitness goals, improving in my sports, quitting pornography for good, eating a more regulated diet, and getting more work done for and outside of school. Life and such was going well until March-April 2021, where I began to slip off hard from my goals of abstinence and retaining a good routine. The only good thing right now is my grade situation, which is also starting to crumble due to work stacking up from being absent from a trip, and a general lack of motivation and discipline towards doing work.
    I gotta start on this path of self-improvement again. It's what transformed me from the fat, unmotivated, whiny and extremely self-absorbed into a better, more fit and mature version of myself. I'm haven't regressed back that far, but I also feel like I'm not going forward, and starting fresh this year with new goals and a new mindset will hopefully change things for the better.
    I will try to post semi-daily logs in this thread to mark the things that I've accomplished throughout the day, and what my goals for tomorrow will be.

    GOALS FOR TODAY:
    • Gym: 1:45 hrs of chest and shoulder workout at 3
    • Homework:
    1. Psych: Read 6 pgs today and tmrrw for make up quiz, finish packet from before break
    2. Bio: Make up chi-square video, study for quiz, textbook notes packet 3 pages today, 2 tmrrw
    3. Calculus: Make up Two days worth of homework and prepare for quiz
    4. English: Finish notes today and work on outline; finish outline for op-ed and intro for op-ed tomorrow
    5. ALSO, read 20 pages of book for english today, remaining tomorrow + answer questions
    • Cook Dinner: vegetables, lean meats,
    • Drink lots of water (8-10 cups)
    • Buy supplements
    • Work on internship applications for the summer
    • Avoid coffee and excess sugars

    • Sports practice 2 hrs
    • Bio homework
    • Scheduled rmv appointment
    Things to do:
    • English essay outline + intro
    • Calc hw - Test Friday
    • Psych study guide
    Not PMOing since sunday

    I'm very sorry man. School's not been letting me do much these past weeks as the semester was ending. No more excuses
    Things done so far:
    • Wrestling meet (we lost by points but team got more pins in both Varsity and JV rounds)
    • Working on Applicaiton for summer internships
    • Finished science project for tomorrow
    Things to finish up:
    • Application essay #1 and hopefully #2
    Also streak restart.

    I'm definitely on the right path to improve my quality of life and strengthening the twitch fibers of self discipline they will eventually get stronger but it's complex and I'm focusing on structuring so porn is not even a consideration. I'm getting out of a hole which made porn an easy source of stimulation .but this past year things are definitely on the up and up , slow , but definitely on the right path. This time next year I would like to think things have changed for the better significantly . But take each day at a time and focus on gradual change and improvements so porn is no longer at the forefront of your mind even when boredom approaches .

    Sounds like you've got a plan and your mind on the right track man. I pray that the best comes to you in your path towards recovery.

    Calc Homework
    Sports practice
    NoFap day 1 of streak
    Drawn a bit
    Studied for psych and bio

    Need to do tomorrow
    Work on internship app due 1/31
    Start morning journal habit again**
