    Day 3, I am back after many relapses, it seems eating libido boosting foods (fish and vitamin D etc) and sunbathing makes you extra horny, maybe I should avoid this for a while.

    Day 4/90. Still been doing a lot of things that are good for me, but looking forward to figuring out the gf situation soon. Causing me too much stress to not know what’s going on.

    Day: 1.
    Thank you all for the likes and encouragement. It be easy for the moment, but I know the moment of truth is on its way. As I've seen some others on here, day four and/or five are the days that get me. My biology kicks up and I cannot think of anything but the lust for, and destruction of, self.

    Still working on my plan. When you do NF you need a plan to get out of the addiciton.
    The problem is that my plan was too detailed to actually work. It felt like a mountain of work. The plan must be manageable and every part of the plan must come in small steps. Gradually you can expand the plan. A plan that grows with you, not a list of boring tasks and strict rules.

    To think "I will make it to 180 days", won't work.
    That's why I said earlier that Day 0 is the most important day because that is your starting point, your foundation. Where do you start from? From what mindset, from what feeling, from what situation do you start your journey, and what is your ultimate goal?
    How do you go from the addiction to freedom?
    To not have a plan for NF is almost like skydiving without a parachute.

    Day 1 is the only day you need. Not 90.
    Do Day 1 every day, over and over again. That's my plan.
    NF is not only a new way of doing but also a new way of thinking.

  11. When those days happen it's useful to look at them not as a difficult challenge, but as a useful opportunity. They are your chance to break through to the other side, where you can feel the positive experience of self-control again.

  12. You are learning the skill of self-discipline. It is like working out and building a muscle. It is not a straight line to success. There are pains, and setbacks, and mistakes. But over time, if you keep getting up and applying what you have learned, you will get stronger. :)

    Balls get filled after 5-7 days I have heard, past 7-10 days it seems to get easier.
