  1. If I do 10 sets of 10 that's 100 for the day, and if I do that everyday for a week that's 700, for a month that's 2,800... I need to boost my push-up game

  8. I feel that when I count 1.2.3.4.5 each time I start a new set I get winded faster, I pick up from my total count, I am able to push through more pushups.
