Maybe try asking if you can hold her hand. Kissing is rather more intimate act. For P. addicts it surely is hard to understand.

 

Best move here, if I were you of course, I would take her on to a date. Something you know she would enjoy, and you as well. Build momentum with her, then kiss will come up naturally.

As a chick (although I don't think it should be considered a "chick thing") I can totally relate to feeling attracted to someone but not being ready for a kiss. It isn't rejection, it's what she said : "she's not ready".

This is probably the best advice, she needs to get used to your proximity so yeah, take her on a date, let both of you become closer and she'll probably do the rest when she's ready.

 

Don't ask the kiss, you have to earn it.
