How to control PMO urges at workplace?

When you’re at work, work. Do your job and stop giving into what your mind s telling you. Stay focused on the task at hand. You won’t even have the ability to act in any of these urges if you’re at work will you? Unless maybe you went to the bathroom or something but come on. Look at yourself from a third person perspective if you’re able, and think about how you look over there doing that stuff to yourself and I’m sure you won’t feel the need to do it anymore

 

I like that thought of seeing yourself through another person's eyes. If I saw someone else doing what I am doing, what would I think? Would I think "Wow, cool guy over there surfing porn. Move over man!" Or would I be like "oh man that's not gonna end well."

 

Say this to yourself, this is STRICTLY BUSINESS.

 

Not an easy one but I guess we have to stay as focused and un-distracted as we can, temptations abound, especially to the mis-directed fapster mind, it's a journey of re-programming and determination, some of its instinctual of course, I think, but we do what we can. Objectifying and fantasizing not good..
