Wet dreams and how to minimize them

    For sure there are more threads about this topic, but I would like to know a good strategy to minimize wet dreams that has worked for you. I know that to avoid fantasies is key, but do you know about any other method? Have you tried something that has reduced this kind of dreams?

    But i thought wet dreams were completely ok and normal and were a sign of good sexual health..whats wrong with them according to you?

    Yes, of course when they start to happen is a good sign. But in my particular case they present the inconvenience of provoking some (little) chaser effect, and also I would like them to happen less because I want to keep all my energy. Maybe it's just ok as you say.

    But, it's just a little chaser effect, not the equivalent of a full chaser effect from a full MO or sexual emptying. Plus, like most dreams, these fade somewhat into forgetfulness if you don't concentrate on them, and an excited body does calm down again. There's a lot of healthy rewiring, balancing of the male physiology, and purging of past P images from brain that are actually occurring during wet dreams. Don't encourage and provoke them, but neither try to suppress them - that sexual unbalanced energy will just spring out in other undesirable behaviors and unresistible addictions. A little chaser effect is also a good thing because it's small enough to deal with, an opportunity for your brain to rewire such occasions, which make you stronger in harsher occasions when stronger urges and temptations arise. Take it from me - it's gotten me this far!

    Unfortunately, we can't control wet dreams (I really want to if I can, tired getting a wierd humid sensation in my pants after wet dream). I also feel a little chaser effect after that, but suppress it by simply ignore it (it's just a mild one, not a full one like after you relapse). I also personally hate it a bit, especially when it gives me an discomfort that interrupting my sleep quality (you know.... That burning sensation occurred by random few minutes after ejaculation when you fapping? It feels exactly the same as that).
