Want to change my life.

Hi, I am 23 year old guy, who got introduced to porn at the age of 18, and since then I got hooked on to it like an addict. I was a good at academics and music, but with great difficulty I graduated recently and yeah my user name says 'wannabe guitarist' because that is what I eventually want to end up as, but this porn and masturbation is completely taking control of my life and I want to quit it for good. I lost interest in studies and music , all my thoughts are filled with naked women and sex. I recently had a chat with my friend who is achieving well in life, and I realized that, I was going nowhere in life.
