Hi guys! It's been a while I wasn't here.... oh man... had some good streaks and plenty of bad ones. Had lovely streak of 38 and then fall down... badly... 8 days chaser effect with wost type of porn.
I'm back to get some help from you guys and to be helpful too.

 

Duuuude - I remember you!! We’re both back. I quit smoking 8 months ago .. so that was focus, nofap was ok with small lapses but now I can focus!!

 

Day 45. It's getting easier but I'm not going to be complacent. Reminding myself regularly why it's good to leave this in the past.
