I recommend you to have a spreadsheet because:
- It's way better to be looked if you relapse
- This show your true progress for a year

In case you wonder, it looks like this:



How to use this spreadsheet:
- Gives black "X" sign on a date without PMO (Porn, Masturbate, Orgasm)
- Gives blue "X" sign on a date without PM (Porn, Masturbate)
- Gives yellow "X" sign on a date without Porn
- Gives red "X" sign on a date with PMO

Feel free to change how you can use it if necessary (example you can change the color if don't like blue).

As usual, keep the spirit up!

 

Yes! I'll be honest, your spreadsheet are way better than mine!

For anonymity, I'll suggest you to create a once time usage throw-away account. Then, you can share it with google drive (or internet archive if you want it to be forever, as google deletes account that's not active within 9 months included it's related data).

I don't have it, unfortunately (Spoiler: I can't use excel ). I want to call as a calendar, but majority of people here (and on reddit) called it a spreadsheet. In order not to confused anyone, I said it as spreadsheet.

But @solp create it for us, so I hope he can help you!
