  2. 11/90 Feeling great about myself. Had a wonderful time with my gf yesterday without the pressure of having sex. We simply had good conversation and bonding. I felt so energized. Still am.

Nofap makes us appreciate the smaller things in life, such as enjoying conversation with your parents, enjoying the wind, enjoying the sky. Social skills & appreciation increase. You are more receptive to others, and others are more receptive to you.
This is the default state, but porn has destroyed men, making them lower than their normal selves

Day 21/90... I am grateful for today, grateful for another chance to beat the urge; although, the urge to MO has been coming on strong, any ideas on what to do?

    Day 12

Just reminding myself and any other that need reminding - we all know this. I quit smoking many many years ago :) Never regretted quitting to this day:)) If there are any smokers here, I think quitting both will help you greatly!

    Day 2
    I couldn't write.... On DAY1
My parents were at village for 2 days and i was all alone, i had to do all the house chores and cooking.. Btw i was cooking for the 1st time in my lyf. Most of the time my mom used to cook for me & i used to think why is it taking so long... But now when i cooked.. I realized its not easy...
I got the experience of living alone and cooking for yourself... I know its not a big deal but its a big thing 4 me. I'm lot stronger and experienced than yesterday

  15. You are absolutely right! Being PMO-free just makes one much more present in life and this simply transfers to every aspect of life.

  17. One suggestion is to schedule every hour of your day including leisure time and rest. Be specific about what activity(s) you will be doing in each hour block until you go to bed to sleep. Then action your schedule.
