Thank you @Ice22 for taking the time to write to me. I really appreciate it :)
Well, I said that before, my sleep/woke up times are messy, I'm still trying to figure out if I'm an early bird or a night owl. Building a consistent sleeping schedule is very helpful in avoiding night relapses.
Taking breaks during the day is very challenging to me, I don't know why I struggle with taking breaks, I feel that I'm burned out all the time, especially after relapses.

Magnesium and meditation help a lot too.

Not only stress but also depression, boredom, conflicts, and fatigue are my top reasons/triggers for PMO.
Sadly, my progress took a big blow today, I relapsed a serious relapse. I'm very disappointed in myself.
I became more hooked to that shit, I lost all the progress I made from November till January :(
It was a sad day in my life, I wish I hadn't been born.

    Day 0,
I'll never give up, every relapse makes me stronger.
    Tomorrow shall be better.

Sad to say I relapsed yesterday. Sometimes getting through the first week is the hardest. I got tripped up because I failed to journal and process some tough stuff I was going through last week AND I had a whole day with the house to myself....I should have been more intentional to plan positive activities for myself or get out of the house and spend time with friends instead of sitting around here all day feeling tempted to look at porn. Lesson learned. Back at it again today.

Day 0/90. Let's be real.....breaking old habits such as porn and masterbating is tough. I watched it sincenI was about 11 or 12 (on cinemax, hbo plus showtime) from there the porn usage stopped but picked up at age 13 when I typed in a porn site and started masterbating to it. It continued on through jr high to high school on to college. I would stop watching then join this forum in 2019 (it would be on/off). Last time I was on here was January and I gave up and went to town on porn sites even through Twitter. I admit my poor decision to get off the forum was stupid. I've been reading "Your Brain on Porn" and decided to start this journey once again and do it right and follow what the rule states in this challenge. Here's to day 0/90 and beyond. No more excuses.

Just an update. It's been 2 days without porn . Right now I'm just going to focus on quiting porn. Since this is a 90 day no problem challenge I'm going to withdraw from it until I decide I'm ready for monk mode. Im going to continue with nofap. I wish everyone here the best of luck and thanks for the support.

No worries! Don't be too hard on yourself. Look at the progress that you have made. When we feel down we tend to look at our failures more than our achievements. I too have struggled with my sleep patterns. I've always seen myself as an night owl but I don't think anyone is. We can change that. My experience is that everything just gets better when we sleep at night and get up early. Ideal is to fall asleep no later than 11. When humans were more "primitive" without the technology we had much better sleep patterns. It takes practice but everytime I fall asleep later than 11, I feel drained when I wake up. In chinese medicine it says it draines the sexual kidney energy/life essence to stay up late at night. And sitting for longer times makes it even worse.
I also relapsed so I'll start all over. Soon it will be a whole year since I started my 124-dag streak. I want to do that again.
Time waits for nobody. We can do this!

    For those who are interested.
It's a book a chinese guy wrote who have done NF for.. Now it's at least 8 years.
I forgot that I had it, I stopped reading it for some stupid reason.. distraction as always.
It's really really useful information and good food for thought. His addiction was extremely bad but he got out of it. Today he is a free man. This book has been translated by some guy but I think he stopped translating it. However there's a lot to read so having every new page isn't important. It's 487 pages of valuable information.
