It might actually be the first time in 2022 I managed to get a 48 hour streak without PMO. So a small victory over there and I am glad it happened in February rather than July or something. At this point I'll take any victory, no matter how small. Weather is slowly getting better and nicer as well, so that will be another motivator for me to go outside more often.

Day 15 went well. Day 16.

 

14/90- Two weeks! I'm so happy about getting to this milestone again. It might be that my brain fog has cleared and I am noticing stuff or it is the placebo effect of nofap but people are seemingly paying more attention and treating me more respectably. For example, yesterday, as I was paying for parking, a lady started a conversation and started flirting with me. Of course, having a girlfriend, I did not proceed further than was necessary. Maybe it's that my shame associated with porn is waning and I am more confident, smiling more, and don't have a defensive posture. Whatever it is I am loving it.

Day 1. Every time I talk a good game it comes back to bite me on the ass. I don't fap incessantly as I used to but still have not got this condition under control as much as I should or would like to.
