Is this flight or fight mode

hey guys i have been rebooting my addicted brain for two years and one problem has always been with me that is head buzz/ anxiety from sexual thoughts / arousal/ looking at women . I tried to know the reason for this many times but i didnt get any . So lately i read that it could be fight or flight mode of brain that gets activated from the sex thoughts .
So if anyone know pls through some light on it

I was thinking it maybe due to dopamine release in brain by seeing or something like tht . Bcz as i see brain automatic goes to panic dizzy buzz mode . Plshelp

it may be the brain is still getting high from visual stimuli , i have been dealing with this for long . i had many bad sexual urges in brain when the brain was getting his dopamine high from sexual thoughts etc. we are addicted to neaurochemicals of brain , will we able to have normal sexual life in future or the brain will again get messed up from orgasms as i tried to mastrubate lately for couple of times and for the next two days after that i feel like so shit , anxiety low all day . will it be the same in future
