    I am 23 years old. I was a addict of pmo. I never had a girlfriend. Even neither i can't talk to girls, nor i can make eye contact with a girl. My brain is totally destroyed. I have severe social anxiety. I don't know what to do.

    will nofap and semen retention help me, if i maintain a longer streak?

    it will help you overcome your anxiety and provide you with more self confidence so as to approach more people-not just women in general.
    you can supplement it with positive affirmations.

    If you work on your social skills, it might help get rid of the addiction. Just not PMO-ing won't do much but if you work on something else, it helps keep the urges at bay and helps build better skills too
