You are thinking about this problem and you are trying to find a possibility to get rid of PMO and all this damn stuff and I'm damn SURE that YOU WILL make this just like everyone of us, too! We can do this together!

I know it's hard and relapsing is always possible. But man you know at first I also thought the same way you are thinking now because I relapsed like every two days you know? But after years of trying to quit I finally managed to get more days PMO free after every relapse. WE ARE DEVELOPING. We are climbing the ladder of success and even if we fall all the way down, we know that we can climb it again, because we were there before.

So please brother don't make any judges about your destiny and future infront of our creator Allah. He only knows and he knows, what we will never ever know and never be able to dream of or even imagine.

So don't give up and keep going. It doesn't matter how old you are. What matters is the stage of art of your soul. THIS is what REALLY matters.

hey numpty, I know that feel bro. We wasted so much time fapping ... We could have read tens of books or achieved lots of goals. Not to mention being it a sin that we will be asked about in judgment day, this is my #1 reason to quit pmo actually. But god is forgiving and I'm willing to stop for good. Im Muslim, I didn't necessarily come to here for spiritual reasons because if you know about your religion then you'd that Allah makes it very clear that masturbation is haraam and its abusing your private parts as stated, while Allah knows he made some of his creations to have a higher sex drive than others the solution made was for that was to marry, as he stats that "Marriage is the equivalent of completing half of your religious duties" but at the same time Allah is very lenient on his creations as he also stated that if one cannot marry as in not having the means to which means isn't ready to financially, that is also ok so we established that Allah the knower of all things which he has created stated that Marriage is the solution for urges males/female creatures feel when they grow up and if they cannot marry at that time what is the solution? The solution 1. to lower your gazed when you see a women and for the women is to guard her modesty and not put her beauty on displays, Allah knows his creation very well as men get aroused by the look of a beautiful women and women respond in a similar way when attention is given to her by the male. 2. Is to fast on the days when your urge is the highest as fasting is proven to diminish all urges for a long enough time for your rational mind to come by and remember pleasing Allah instead and respecting the body which you're borrowing, you're the soul in the body which is given to you.

These are all things Muslims should know before they even entered nofap, while I understand that its harder to abstain for mastubation and porn in the age of promiscuity, hypersexualization and high speed internet porn, even a muslim who only finished reading a fraction of the quran (like me) should understand that islam has the solution for pretty much all your worldly problems. So being here for spirtual growth makes no sense to me, but if you're here for the supportive community then I'd understand as its the best value you can receive from this site.

The modesty of Muslim women makes a lot of sense to me. However, can you (or someone else) explain why a man is permitted to put his beauty on display to the women? After all, women get aroused when they see a beautiful man.

 

it wasn't a huge problem before the internet blew up. But imo from what I'm aware a women's fantasy is much different from a males one, all we need is looks is an image and we're set, a women needs a scenery, I'd say the majority of them would most probably get off more on a romantic novel like 50 Shades of Grey than a sexy boy profile pic on instgram or snapchat. I could be wrong but that is a very good question, perhaps another person who knows the answer to this from a direct source will chime in.

 

Just did bit of reason and it says ""Tell the believing women that they should reduce/lower too", as stated the internet has changed the whole game as one can see way more arousing and tempting images, videos and beatiful people in one day than that a person could see in their life time 4 decades ago, but the rules still apply. But I understand that its not easy as its shoved in your face more often nowadays.

 

I shall put it in points for you and see if you can interlink them;

1) Women have more to offer a man than a man has to offer a woman

2) A woman is less likely to approach a man whilst men approach women more and have made sexually inclined comments

3) Men and women are segregated usually with men at the front and women at the rear...if it was other way round men would eye up the women...

 

It still doesn't make sense to me guys.

 

A) A woman can easily put her assets on "display" ie tight or revealing clothing yeah?

B) A man can't really put his asset on display... yes men can be good looking and have a physique

Ok with A) walking down the street men are likely to whistle or approach her yes?

But with B) walking down the street women might stare at him but very few might approach him or they may get a friend to approach him yes?

Key points are more men would check a woman out than more women checking a man...

Does that clear it up a bit more?

Now in Muslim gatherings or events where the sexes are segregated women sit behind men so men can't eye them up because if women sat in front of men most men would just perv...as said with the examples above

However in the west this is portrayed as Muslim men think they are superior to women hence they sit / stand in front...and this creates an unfair judgement on the religion

Have a think about it and do some quick research - something else your mind can focus on other than porn

 

Islamically, women and men are both ordered to obey God and dress modestly. For a man, he must cover everything between and including, the belly button and knees. That is the unlawful nakedness of a man.

As for the women, she must cover everything except the face, hands and feet.

This is what God commands, and their is wisedom behind it.

We hear and we obey ya Allah!
