Can someone explain why I feel euphoric. I'm on day 116

    I've been on a flatline my whole streak of 116 days. Today and yesterday I started feeling euphoric. Like extreme happiness pleasure alertness excited. It's easily the best day of the year weather wise so idk if that has anything to do with it. I'm bipolar too o and this state feels like mania. I had to check if I was keeping up with my meds.

    I even felt my mojo coming back which I haven't had since I was 18 I'm 29 now. It's like feel like I was before the depression took over me. But these were just quick feelings.

    I usually feel euphoric on day 19-21 but it's not even close to this.

    My flatline has been hell while emotionally I'm good it's the physical that's kicking my ass. My penis has shriveled up and feels numb even after 4 months of nofap. My face doesn't even look the same. I'm surprised I can even have this euphoric state.

    My question is what does this euphoria mean. And is this as a sign of things to come. I'm really hoping to get out of this flatline.

    Good weather can make a man instantly happier.

    It's probably also your body saying it's starting to feel better since you stopped PMO'ing all day.
    Since your reward system can't reward you for PMOing anymore it's rewarding you for other things like being outside etc.

    Don't let your guard down though, keep going!

    yep you could be pink clouding bro , us addicts need to learn to feel the shit emotions just as good as the happy emotions again. defnitely good advice above dont let your guard down. the reboot is a total headfuck lol

    I had experienced that euphoric feeling just for 2 days. I'm not sure if it is the dopamine or serotonin rush. I want that feeling for my whole life. Does anybody have any idea?

    I really dont know what are you feeling, are you sleeping well? Do you feel more uninhibited when talking to people? Can you control what you say and what you do?
