New Guy here. Ive acepted that i have a problem

Ok, my name's Mike and ive been trying on and off to stop. I feel awful after i do it and my main motivations right now are me feeling so down days after i do it and my general decrease in attration to females. It really makes me sad. I play football, i workout. Im a active person, but ive noticed that days when im at home and im bored, it is going to happen and ill be in the mood and nothing can really change my mind at that point.
Im pretty sure ive lost a really good girlfriend Becuase of it, it made me so sad that she dtarted doubting herself.
I just want to stop. I NEED my life back.
