    I think the biggest mistake is to change the habits altogether. Two days before I relapsed after 25 days of NoFap.
    Without realizing much, I got multiple relapse. Then, I got to know about this term called "Chaser Effect". Literally I experienced practically.

    First slip is not a slip always - I learned from the above

    When I look back, what made me to slip,
    I was binge watching a lot. I had the screen time of avg 4.5 hrs every day only on phone. I binge watch in laptop too (It's huge when added both)
    On 26th day, I had the thought, Can I fap once and make sure I can't repeat it (But, I have done it 4 times on the same day)
    I have not keep myself busy

    So,
    This time I am going to track my workout along with NoFap. 100 days challenge for myself
    1) Wake up early
    2) Workout (six days a week)
    3) No Binge watch (I should have the purpose before I watch something, else I will just be with my thoughts

    Most importantly, even If I didn't get any good result for myself, I don't stop above until the counter below my post say 100
    I am gonna stick to the process and not think about the result. It's an every day goal

    Everyday journal should be made
    Strictly entertainment allowed only after
    a) Upskilling (completion 3 videos and practice )
    b) Book reading at least 3 pages should be completed
    Note- If any task is pending and that should be carry forward next day

    I have some days a flatline, which makes it a bit easier... But it is not always

  6. 1/90 I am just glad I beat the chaser effect for a day. The urges after a relapse are insane but beatable.

    Didn't manage to overcome strong cravings last night - I find around a week to be a tough time for this before it settles down again.

    3rd time since joining NF...still no porn for over 50 days which feels great.

    I feel much more confident with less M&O so have reset the day counter for the next run!

    Day 0....told my mother about my porn issue. Great weight lifted off my shoulders and I was ashamed to say it at first. I'm ready to stop this habit.

    day 0. Failed my exam because I was watching and masturbating. I hope I get 30 days in this month.

    You can do it I also have probation.After getting my results I decided to put a stop to PMO for good.I was always tired and lazy to read.Spend hours Watching porn and masterbating.i am 15 days in

  17. 2/90 - I may have overcome the chaser effect. Urges are beginning to lose their strength. I am feeling much better. I decided that I will stop using my phone in bed at any given time. After some thorough introspection, it seems changing this one habit could make a huge difference between success and failure. I rarely use my laptop to watch porn. Almost 99 percent of my relapses are when using my phone in bed between 10 and 12 PM. I need to start sleeping early too. I will use the 66-day rule of habit change for this.

    Stop using my phone in bed: 1/66
    Sleep early: 0/66
