    I don't think you can. I find the best thing is to put systems in place to avoid them, like always putting your phone on another room before bed.

    For me works pounding on my chest with the palm of my fist and making noises as if I was a gorilla or dog. And then flexing my muscles and thinking of the reasons why I committed myself to this journey.
