    Dear @Don'tLookBack

    I gave it in guys. I lost to urges.

    actually, I was all alone in my room. when I started to read a book, the urges came to my mind. this time It was so difficult to control.

    so far my best longest streak was 11days 11 hrs 40 minutes.

    I will try to double my next streak. this time I will change my methods and I will comeback stronger

    please do the changes. I am going to hospitalwing.
