5 day recovery rule

    Does anyone believe in the 5 days for your sperm levels to return to what they were before you blew it? And do you take this in your recovery journey or do you start again?

    I found it difficult beating myself up on restarting a steak. I do find my levels refilled to what they were. I consider it baby steps to leaving the additional as out of 299 days I managed 200 days not consecutively but for me that's still progress.

    I don't know how many days but there is a rule.

    Sperm full replenishes and creates new sperm in 74 days it's called spermatogenesis. You constantly make sperm that is our bodies number one goal . But yea 3-5 days longer if you fap everyday .

    Well, at least mentally I start to feel more back to normal around 5 days after a relapse. After a week basically back to normal
